We specialize in intimate weddings, but will work with you to suit your unique needs and preferences.

Our indoor reception area can accommodate up to 70 guests. Need more room? We offer outdoor space on the property for tent rental and set-up for up to 150 guests.

Ceremonies happen on the stone terrace or out on the lawn, with sweeping views of Waldo County behind you. Special rates are offered for off-season bookings.

How many guests can you host?

Our indoor reception area seats up to 70. For a larger celebration, we offer tent rental and set-up on the lawn for up to 150 guests.

How many people can stay overnight?

Our beautifully appointed guest rooms comfortably accommodate 18+ guests. Two of the rooms include private balconies with panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Do you host events without lodging?

Yes — we accommodate standalone events, without lodging, Sunday through Thursday.

Do you have preferred vendors?

We provide curated recommendations for trusted vendors including catering, bar services, day-of coordination, photography, hair and makeup, and even pet boarding. You are welcome to bring your own as well.

Is the venue pet friendly?

It is. Pet friendly accommodations are offered so your furry friends can be part of your stay.

Is the pool open in the winter?

Yes. The indoor pool is heated and enclosed, so it is open year-round — guests use it in January just as often as in July.

Do you offer off-season pricing?

We do — special rates are offered for off-season bookings. Reach out with your date and we will send you the details.

Can we see it in person first?

Please do. Book a tour and we will walk the terrace, the lawn and the house with you. It is the best way to know if it is your place.
